BlueRead LLC (“BlueRead,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Missouri-based company that provides software tools for commercial door contractors. These Terms govern your use of our public website located at blueread.com (the “Site”). Separate terms will apply to registered users of our software platform when that service becomes available.

By visiting or using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal authority to agree to these Terms, and agree to comply with them. If you are accessing the Site on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

• The Site will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BlueRead LLC and its officers, members, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of — or inability to use — the Site or its content, even if BlueRead has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall BlueRead's total liability to you exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).

BlueRead does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. Linking to a third-party site does not imply endorsement by BlueRead.
